You can get a quote on the spot or we can provide one over the phone or by email. You rent your unit by the month and stay for as long or as little as you want.
2. Self Storage Agreement
It only takes a few minutes to complete the Self Storage Agreement. One month of rent in advance is required. You must be over 18 years of age and supply a current photo ID.
The goods you have stored at Charters Towers Self Storage are your responsibility. Charters Towers Self Storage recommends that you continue to insure your goods whilst in storage, just the same as you would insure them at home. Some insurers may cover your residential goods whilst in storage or if the goods are business goods, they may be covered by commercial business insurers. We suggest you engage with a risk advisor to discuss your individual situation further.
Payment is easy – Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard or cash are accepted.
3. Move In
Our Box Shop is a one-stop shop and stocks a range of moving boxes, furniture covers, packing paper, bubble wrap, tape and padlocks for your convenience.
When it is time to move out, give us 7 days’ notice to terminate your Self Storage Agreement.
